Hey, we're Healthpack and we love helping amazing gaming companies grow their community.

About Me

Building great games is hard. Way harder than some people think, actually. And in the midst of deadlines, updates, and patches it can be difficult to find time to take care of the people who matter most: the people who love your game.

That's where we come in.

Services

We're a one stop shop for your game's community care needs.

Top shelf email support for your players' questions, concerns, and ideas.

Community engagement that scales with your growth

No more time spent away from the thing you're best at: making your game awesome.

Tyler is the co-founder of Vinyl Me, Please and loves helping companies solve Water Temple-sized problems while giving their fans even more reasons to love them.

He's worked in customer support as a contractor for the likes of Mailbox, Brightroll, and FitStar along the way and when he's not pounding his head on his desk trying to climb in League of Legends, you can find him either spit-balling business ideas to friends or in the third to last row of the movie theater.

Enjoying lately: League of Legends, Overwatch, Far Cry 5, Squad, Inside.

A customer experience and product veteran, watson has operated in the education space for over a decade and has designed customer experience and support systems for companies like The Iron Yard and IBM.

He stacked all his skill points into empathy and persuasion, which means he’s horrible at lockpicking, sneaking, and ranged combat, but pretty useful when it comes to working with customers and distilling their insights into meaningful action.

Enjoying lately: Civ 5, Hearthstone, Massive Chalice, League of Legends, Smite Tactics, Overwatch, Cuphead.

He is a support main through and through. Whether by maining healer, pocketing Pharrah, or providing exceptional customer support, he's focused on solving problems and making sure everyone is topped off.

Enjoying lately: Overwatch, PUBG, League of Legends, Starcraft II, Darkest Dungeon
